Southwest Floridians weigh in as Congress debates permanent Daylight Saving Time

For years, Congress has debated whether Americans should stop changing their clocks twice a year. As lawmakers once again consider the Sunshine Protection Act, many Southwest Floridians told WINK News they’re ready for Congress to make a decision.
