Collier County explores moving tourism bureau to nonprofit organization

Collier County leaders are taking another step toward potentially transforming how the county markets itself to visitors, exploring whether to move the Naples, Marco Island, Everglades Convention and Visitors Bureau from a county department to an independent nonprofit organization.
