Colombia's ELN rebels declare ceasefire before Sunday's presidential election

Colombia’s largest remaining rebel group announced a unilateral ceasefire Monday, as the nation heads into a highly polarized presidential election, that will decide whether President Gustavo Petro’s party remains in
