Appeals court upholds FTX co-founder Sam Bankman-Fried's fraud conviction

A federal appeals court has upheld the conviction of cryptocurrency entrepreneur Sam Bankman-Fried, rejecting arguments that his trial was unfair. The 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled Friday. The
