5.8 magnitude quake hits Afghanistan and Pakistan and 8 are reported dead in Kabul
An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.8 has rattled parts of northern and eastern Afghanistan and western Pakistan. The spokesperson for Kabul's governor says at least eight people are dead.
