Mexico's navy locates 2 missing sailboats carrying aid off the coast of Cuba

Mexico’s navy has located two sailboats that went missing while carrying humanitarian aid to Cuba. The navy said Saturday an aircraft spotted the boats northwest of Havana. The boats left
