Port Charlotte couple accused of possessing 3.5lbs of various narcotics, child neglect
PORT CHARLOTTE, Fla.—The Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office arrested two people accused of possession of nearly 3-and-a-half pounds of various narcotics and child neglect.
