Prosecutors charge Wisconsin legislator with misdemeanor after blowup over Hispanic resolution

Prosecutors have charged a Wisconsin legislator with disorderly conduct in connection with a feud over a resolutions honoring Hispanics. Democratic state Rep. Sylvia Ortiz-Velez was charged Wednesday in Milwaukee County.
