Russia hosts Cuban foreign minister and urges US not to blockade Cuba

The Cuban foreign minister is visiting Moscow on Wednesday as the island faces blackouts and severe fuel shortages caused by a U.S oil embargo. Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodriguez held
