UK sanctions Russian and Chinese firms suspected of being 'malign actors' in information warfare
Britain has announced sanctions against several Russian media and ideas organizations. Foreign Secretary Yvette Cooper said the measures will target the Telegram channel Rybar and the Center for Geopolitical Expertise.
