Neo-Nazi leader admits plot to give poisoned candy to Jewish kids in New York City

A leader of an Eastern European neo-Nazi group has pleaded guilty to soliciting hate crimes. Michail Chkhikvishvili, known as “Commander Butcher,” admitted to trying to recruit an undercover federal agent
