Cape Coral residents frustrated by yacht club rebuild delays

The Cape Coral City Council is prepared to vote on the "Yacht Club Marine Development Package", a plan nearly $23 million in scope aimed at rebuilding seawalls, ramps, and docks at the historic waterfront park.
