Illinois lawmakers approve ban on immigration arrests near courthouses

Illinois lawmakers have approved legislation prohibiting immigration arrests near courthouses. The measure adopted Friday also allows lawsuits by people who believe their constitutional rights were violated during civil immigration arrests.
