Tropical Storm Lorenzo forms in the Atlantic Ocean and isn't threatening land

Forecasters say Tropical Storm Lorenzo has formed in the central tropical Atlantic Ocean and isn’t threatening land. The U.S. National Hurricane Center says Monday that the storm was located about
