Humberto becomes a hurricane in the Atlantic as Gabrielle threatens the Azores

The U.S. National Hurricane Center reports Hurricane Humberto has formed in the Atlantic Ocean but is not threatening land. Humberto is about 465 miles northeast of the northern Leeward Islands
